The first employment forum in the Delta launches a large package of initiatives, through youth forums in all governorates of Egypt, in response to the current changes and crises the country is going through.

The proceeds from the sponsorship rights allocated to the first edition of the first employment forum in the Delta will be directed towards these initiatives, which include the following:

Providing thousands of job opportunities for young people from all governorates

• Supporting young graduates by providing thousands of job opportunities for young people from all governorates.
• Qualifying young people for the labor market through the Employment Initiative.
• Supporting experienced people to find suitable solutions and job opportunities.
• Entrepreneurship support.
• Supporting small and medium enterprises by promoting them in the forum.
• Training young people for a period of no less than 3 months in order to earn and qualify for the labor market.

Creating an interactive platform for youth and corporate volunteers

These initiatives will be implemented in cooperation with various local institutions and companies from the private sector, and under the auspices of the Engineers Syndicate, the Information Technology Institute, and the SERV5 company for programming and e-marketing.

An interactive platform will be created for volunteers from youth and companies, including talking about human development and sharing experiences to gain information through previous experiences of youth and companies.

Reducing economic burdens and accelerating development by providing job opportunities

In light of the awareness of the management of the first employment forum in the Delta of the current changes in Egypt and the successive crises that resulted in humanitarian and economic repercussions, they have become additional burdens on the shoulders of countries, governments and youth.

This forum was established out of the Egyptian government's belief in the need to participate in alleviating economic burdens and advancing development, since youth are one of the most important parties to development.

The Engineers Syndicate, the Institute of Information Technology and SERV5 decided to launch the first version of the “First Employment Forum in the Delta” in March 2023 at the headquarters of the Engineers Club in Mansoura.

The forum will be held annually and in all governorates of Egypt, so that the opportunity will reach all Egyptian youth graduates of all sects.

The management of the forum decided to follow a modern strategy to participate in the forum through the (QR) code, to facilitate the work of the organizing body of the forum and to secure the entry of eligible youth and companies participating through the deltahub website only.
