A project to provide job opportunities for young people, members of the Engineers Syndicate in Mansoura, the Institute of Technology and Information, the serv5 company for programming and e-marketing, and the University Center for Professional Development at the Faculty of Engineering, Mansoura University, are working to open the door for progress in the first employment forum in the Delta through the deltahab website.

It is a project to provide job opportunities for youth, and a new starting point for young men and women in Egypt to obtain decent job opportunities to achieve development and build a better future.

Egypt has a viable entrepreneurial environment, but there are major challenges for young graduates who do not have experience.

The career forum works to provide a suitable atmosphere and workshops to qualify and empower young graduates.

The forum will include many participants from young people of both sexes and large private sector companies in all fields, especially programming and computer engineering.

The initiative of the first employment forum in the Delta will enhance job opportunities for young people.

This will be done in cooperation with private sector companies, who choose their representatives to convey the youth's proposals.

Providing work solutions for young people of both sexes

There is a big gap in the possibilities of young people reaching the right job, as they face many complexities offered by companies such as experience and high qualifications, and it is difficult for young graduates to meet these demands.

Many young men and women have no opportunity in working life. That is why the administrative body of the forum coordinated with private sector companies to hold a conference to identify young people and provide them with job and training opportunities.

And that is in the premises of the Engineers Syndicate Club in Mansoura on March 4, 2023, and the door for submission will remain open until February 28.

The private sector contributes to enhancing business diversification by providing a wide variety of businesses, as many companies interested in employing young people in all fields participate in the forum.
